Cytokines

Cytokines are small molecule proteins with diverse biological activities that immune cells (such as monocytes, macrophages, T-cells, B-cells, NK-cells, etc.) and certain non-immune cells (such as endothelial cells, epidermal cells, fibroblasts, etc.) synthesize and secrete upon stimulation. Their functions include regulating intrinsic and adaptive immunity, hematopoiesis, cell growth, APSC pluripotent cells, and tissue repair. Cytokines may be classified into various types, including interleukins (IL), interferons (IFN), tumor necrosis factor (TNF), colony-stimulating factor (CSF), chemokines, growth factors (GF), and more.

Growth Factors

Growth factors are peptides that regulate cell growth and other cellular functions. Current research shows that there is a close relationship between biological growth, development, aging, hair growth, and trauma repair.
