Bio-activity:
Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cells. When 1×10E5 cells/well areadded to Fibronectin-coated plates (7-13 ng/mL and 100μL/well), approximately 50%-80% will adhere specifically after 30 minutes at 37°C.
Greater than 95% as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE.
Storage:
Lyophilized and reconstituted protein should be stored at -80 °C. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution:
It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents.
