Bio-activity:
Use immobilized protein to enhance the ability of Saos2 (human osteosarcoma cells) to adhere to human fibronectin. Add 5×104 cells/well to human Syndocan-1 and human fibronectin (0.5ug/ml) coated plates , Cell adhesion was enhanced in a dose-dependent manner. The ED 50 for this effect is 5-10ug/ml.
