Determined by the ability to induce apoptosis in TRAIL-sensitive U343MG cells, the expected ED50 of this effect is 1.0~3.0ng/ml. Taking its ability to induce apoptosis of LN-18 cells (human glioblastoma cells) as an indicator, the expected ED50 of this effect is 0.8~2.0ng/ml.
